Bankside Gallery’s main entrance is directly off the Thames riverside path on the South Bank, opposite the Founders Arms pub and near Tate Modern. Walk through from Hopton Street unless already walking along the riverside path.

Cloudy Humming 1 is a soundcloud of snatches of clearer sound rising out of a mass of blurred and confusing background noise. Made during a 2022 residency at Jelly, Reading, based in Broad Street Mall, the acoustic landscape overlapped muzak, voices, footsteps with white noise, echoes and a pervading hum.
