Night Songs 2021
Responsive abstract drawings in the garden at nightfall
The beginnings of my abstract work include listening as well as looking. Working virtually in the dark on late summer evenings, other senses than visual become more active as I respond as precisely as I can to twilight sounds and shapes almost lost to sight.
